In December of 2006, Boeing asked Sloan Security Group to do the impossible in support of border security and SBInet.   "Based your years of installing anti-vehicle barriers, build us an anti-vehicle barrier that 1) does not use concrete 2) is easily installed with little construction experience 3) inexpensive and 4) installs more rapidly than existing solutions."  

Five months later - April, 2007 - Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) in College Station Texas and Boeing/Sandia Labs/DHS Washington/Border Patrol, tested SSG's innovative light-weight design by ramming a 10,000 lb. vehicle going 40 mph into the anti-vehicle system.
