Sloan Security Group Names Justin Dickinson as New Quality and Production Manager
Boise, Idaho - Sloan Security Group, a leading provider of complex crash-rated barrier solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Dickinson to the position of Quality and Production Manager. Justin has been an integral part of the Sloan team since joining the company in 2009 at the young age of 19.
Starting his journey as a laborer at the Southern Command Headquarters in Miami, Justin quickly proved his dedication and talent, and he soon progressed to the role of Foreman under the guidance of Superintendent Ben Kos for a Border Fence project in El Paso, TX. Throughout his career at Sloan, Justin has demonstrated an impressive ability to learn and adapt to new projects, equipment, and technologies, including crash-rated fencing, intrusion detection systems, active vehicle barriers, radar, cameras, and automation.
Justin played a crucial role in the successful completion of many of Sloan's largest and most complex projects. With 46 certifications earned during his tenure at Sloan, including CPR, welding, Class A CDL, and various project management and safety certifications, Justin has consistently demonstrated his commitment to personal and professional growth.
In his new role as Quality and Production Manager, his focus will be on enhancing collaboration, implementing better processes, and streamlining bid submissions, scheduling, planning, coordination, and installations. With a clearer vision and improved efficiency, Justin aims to ensure that Sloan continues to deliver high-quality solutions to its clients.
