Alex became a fantastic addition to Sloan last year, increasing productivity and promoting a collaborative work environment. She enjoys strength training, riding horses, and playing the piano. Alex is an avid canine lover, she especially likes large, fluffy dogs. She hopes to work with horses, run a wildlife sanctuary, or open a fitness center. Her devotion to personal development and a wide range of interests make her an invaluable member of our team.

Specializing in a variety of projects from Oklahoma City to Seattle, Amber is a committed project manager who has been with Sloan for 4 amazing years. She loves working within a team and gets great satisfaction from seeing team success. Amber accepted a new position as a proud mother last year in addition to her career accomplishments. She is a lifelong learner and craves opportunities to visit job sites of all shapes and sizes. She is excited to share her love of construction with her son in the future.

Madi began working at Sloan in 2021 as a shop assistant and progressively advanced to the position of fabricator, welder, and ironworker. She recently moved into an estimating role for Sloan Metal Solutions. She has a strong love for construction and finds satisfaction in continuing her mother's legacy as a successful woman in the industry.

Rose brought a broad skill set to Sloan that helped improve internal procedures and operational projects. She has experience in talent development, live event management, and non-profit administration. In her capacity as a Smartsheet Certified Practitioner, she is committed to enhancing productivity and collaboration. Rose likes to read and spend time with her elderly bulldog, Porky.

Having worked in many construction areas, Samantha has a broad background and a never-ending curiosity about what else the field has to offer. She is a strong outdoor enthusiast and an avid traveler who finds inspiration and excitement in discovering new places and hidden gems. She uses her passion for photography as a creative outlet, paying special attention to capturing landscapes, wildlife, and motorsports.
