Sloan Security Group is pleased to announce the addition of Phil Aronson to its advisory board. Phil was the VP of Industry Relations and Strategy at ADT Commercial and formerly the CEO of Aronson Security Group.
Boise, ID - A security industry legend and thought leader has joined Sloan Security Group’s advisory board.
Phil Aronson has nearly 40 years of experience in the security space, spanning all the way back to 1983 when he was the President and CEO of Aronson Security Group (ASG). During his tenure, he was recognized as the 2012 Security Integrator of the Year and in 2017 was named as one of Security Magazine’s Most Influential People in Security. In 2018 Phil was also awarded the Most Influential in System Design, Installation, and Integration.
In 2018, Aronson Security Group (ASG) was acquired by ADT. Following the merger, Phil worked for ADT Commercial as the Vice President of Industry Relations and Strategy. He became a key advisor to the Executive Vice President bringing his decades of expertise to many commercial clients new and old.
Phil has been married for 40 years and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. He resides in Stanwood outside Seattle, Washington. When he is not working, he enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, and playing with his grandchildren.
Phil is a valuable addition to the advisory board, bringing a wealth of security expertise, leadership, and innovation. His knowledge will be critical in assisting Sloan and its customers navigate the rapidly changing security landscape.
